New BBQ Class Announcement 

Playing With Fire The Art of BBQ Theatre, Flavour & Fun with Marcus Bawdon 

We are very excited to be hosting Marcus @Countrywoodsmoke for our October 5th BBQ class. 

Author of multiple fire-based cooking and BBQ focused books, as well as founding and teaching at  The U.K. BBQ School - Marcus has dedicated much of his life to teaching thousands of people to cook better outdoors and we welcome you to come along and learn directly from the man himself. 

You’ll be hands on preparing and cooking various dishes over live fire for you to eat with complimentary drinks included throughout the day.

The focus will be on cooking over fire in a way which is fun and theatrical. We encourage people to get involved! 

- Various types of skewer cooking 
- Rumptail multiple ways
- Smoked Scotch egg on the BBQ
